“Explore the Sugar Loaf and St Mary’s Vale where you’ll have the chance to tick off some of the 50 things to do before you’re 11 ¾ activities, including creating some wild art, damming a stream, den building, hunting for bugs and more. Don’t forget to bring a picnic.”

“Over twenty concerts will be held at the major venues in Brecon – Theatr Brycheiniog, Brecon Guildhall, Castle Hotel, Brecon Cathedral and The Muse.

From cosy gigs to big bands, from an emerging artists showcase to late-night jam sessions, there really is something for all jazz fans.

There will be street entertainment and activities in Bethel Square, a ‘Food Feast’ next to the Wellington Monument and Brecon Farmers Market at the Market Hall. In addition, Brecon Fringe Festival will ensure there is music for every taste in scores of different venues across the town.”

Abergavenny Community Centre – Various Activites

The community centre hosts an ever changing and growing series of activities every week day and Saturday.

They are based in the old Park Street School opposite the Somerset Arms.

Abergavenny Market

Markets in the Market Hall

The market is based in the heart of the town and is always busy. The general market is held every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 9am-5pm.
The Bric-a-Brac antiques fair will be held Wednesdays.
