Yoga nidra is a deeply relaxing meditative practice. All you need to do is lie (or sit) down, get comfy and listen to the full guidance given. The journey takes you through the different layers of being and invites you to open into becoming a welcoming. From this place we can gain great insight and new perspectives to some of the big questions and issues in our lives. It brings about a state of deep relaxation and restoration. In this place tensions, traumas, stuck emotions and current issues can be released and resolved.
Parking is available at the hall
Wear something comfortable and if you can bring a blanket/duvet/pillows/cusions for your comfort this will help.
Class fee is £10 per class (or with class pass)
