Abergavenny Now is a website started two friends who met as students at King Henry VIII school to showcase everything that Abergavenny has to offer.
If you’re looking for Abergavenny events, blogs, news, organisations, attractions and much, much more: look no further, you’ve found it here.
As young people who grew up in Abergavenny, studied in various cities around the UK and returned to The Gateway to Wales; we felt the town was in desperate need of a united online presence. We found that it was difficult to find out about things like local events, sports clubs and more online, so we created a website that aims to do just that and more.
The website has an extremely comprehensive and inclusive up to date events calendar that website visitors can send events to for free, which we proofread and approve to the events calendar. The calendar’s purpose is to make publicising events free and easy so that anyone that wants to know what’s happening in Abergavenny can know without needing to have seen a poster or flyer in the town or be a member of a follower of a Facebook page or group.
If you’d like to keep up to date with our most recent blogs, articles and more, subscribe to the free online newsletter.
