This postcard of one of Abergavenny’s most defining views, the Sugarloaf, was sent in 1981, but the photograph was likely taken in the early 1970s. With the river in the foreground, it’s easy to appreciate the natural beauty of the area.
Spending a few weeks here with my nephew. Weather not too good but I don’t have to go out if I don’t want to. This is a little hill compared with the mountains last year but it is very nice country just the same. Yes I have got over my winter chills, but I got some summer ones. I had a fall in town and had to have my head stiched “nuff said”.
