Whitsun Half Term Sports Camps at Abergavenny Leisure Centre

Wed Jun 1st 9:00am – 3:00pm The ALC sport camps provide a great alternative to childcare and full of FUN sports and activities to keep even the most energetic children entertained. The camps are extremely popular so pre-booking is required. Call on 01873 735360 or visit the centre to book.

Toy Animal Stuffing at the Angel

Wed Jun 1st 3:00pm – 4:30pm Arrive at 3pm to find, fill, dress and name your very own furry friend, then enjoy hotdogs and chips, served picnic style with a milkshake. £25 per child. £20 per additional sibling. Reservations essential as places are limited. Call the Angel 01873857121 to book.

Fri Jun 3rd 9:00am – 3:00pm The Sport Camps provide a great alternative to childcare and are full of fun sports and activities. You have the option on this day to extend your booking to 5.00pm with our NERF after session. Pre-booking is required so give them a call on 01873 735360 or visit the centre.

Recurring events:

7 Corners Cafe Film Friday.

The 7 Corners Cafe hold a film night for young people every Friday. Be sure to check out their Facebook page on Friday for a cryptic clue of what will be shown.

The night begins 7pm and finishes 9pm.

Abergavenny Community Centre – Varied Activites.

The community centre hosts an ever changing and growing series of activities every week day and Saturday.

They are based in the old Park Street School opposite the Somerset Arms.

Abergavenny Markets.

The market is based in the heart of the town and is always busy. The general market is held every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 9am-5pm.
The Bric-a-Brac antiques fair will be held Wednesday 1sh from 6am-5pm.
